Singers

The singers are as much as a presence is as important on the stage as their voices are! They are a very visible part of the team. People get their visual lead from the singers, not only for when to sing, but also as an encouragement to enter into the spirit of the musical worship. At OBC there are up to three Singers on a Sunday morning. This can display a very visual sense of unity. Generally, the singers are backing vocalists and need to have an awareness of their voice in comparison to the lead vocalist (the musical worship leader) and the other backing singers.
