Youth Integration

Once the children are in secondary school we want to encourage the youth to become part of the band on Sunday, so we will slowly integrate them into the church band, starting with placing them on an instrument in the one song after the all age talk and just before they go out to academy. Once they become more comfortable and their skills increase we will book them into the general rota to play in the first part of the service, with another musician playing for the rest of the service in their place.
